Proposal of Changes for Human Resource Management in a Company

Bachelor’s thesis deals with personal management issues in specific company. The main goal of this thesis is to propose a helpful change in the most critical area of the personal management in company TEMO – TELEKOMUNIKACE, a.s. Thesis is divided into three parts. Theoretical part processes theoretical starting points, defines basic terms and characterizes each part of the current concept of human resource management based on professional literature. The analytical part is focused on introducing the company and describes the specific situation in the company. Based on analysis of information resources from company’s official websites, observations, analysis of statistical data, interviews with managers, SWOT analysis and the results of a questionnaire survey the current situation of the company has been evaluated and in the proposal part of the thesis the measures for improvement have been submitted.

Motivation and Stimulation of Employees in a Company

This bachelor thesis focuses on motivation and stimulation of employees. The main aim of the thesis is to explain the basic concepts of motivation, describe motivational types and examine motivational theories and specific ways to stimulate employees. For the purpose of this thesis has been chosen an accountant company with headquarter in Prague. By using using a questionnaire survey and unstructured interviews with employees and management of the companyit was determined employee's satisfaction with the existing motivation system. Based on the research was recommended ways that could lead to an improvement of the current motivation system including the financial part.

Work satisfaction of nursery school teachers

The work focuses on the selection and further study of factors concerning work satisfaction of kindergarten teachers. The theoretical part of the final bachelor's thesis presents findings from literature review concerning definitions, signs, determinants and theories of work satisfaction and related subjects. Consequently the work concentrates on the analysis of real life assets related to kindergarten teachers' work performance. A questionnaire survey in the practical part of this work identifies the most explanatory factors of work satisfaction. Another focus is on the importance of other variables influencing the general work satisfaction of kindergarten teachers. Levels of current work satisfaction of kindergarten teachers are then compared among the three regions within the Czech republic. The survey results together with theoretical findings may provide more detailed point of view under the given conditions as well as serve to managers with topics for consideration and resposible approach to this subject. Motivation of Employees in Selected Organizations

This work explains how an employee's motivation is a very important part of a well-functioning organization and the difficulty of finding the right motivational programme. The main aim of this thesis is to analyse the system of motivation and stimulation of employees in selected organization. This is determined by the questionnaires filled in by the employees of the selected organization. Afterwards the work compares the results of the questionnaires and interviews with the organization's management. Finally, the results are evaluated and suggestions for improvement are recommended.

The influence of editorial processing on understanding the text of Babička (The Grandmother) by elementary school pupils

(in English) Diploma thesis The Influence of editorial processing on understanding the text of Babička (The Grandmother) by elementary school pupils focuses on selected editions of Božena Němcová's Babička published after 1989, which are intended for schools and children readers. The primary aim of the thesis is to determine whether the editing arrangements of the Grandmother have influence on its understanding by the pupils of the second level elementary school. The secondary aim of the thesis is to find out whether pupils in the current teaching of the Czech language are familiar with the text of Babička and in what form is the text made accessible to them. Theoretical part of the thesis characterizes the relationship of contemporary Czech readers to Božena Němcová and Babička on the basis of research of reading preferences and attitudes of the general public to non-required reading, which is followed by the description of the practice of compulsory and recommended reading at elementary schools and the publishing practice of non-required reading. Introduction of the EET system in accommodation and catering services in South Bohemian Region

The aim of this master thesis is to analyze and evaluate the introduction of registration of sales in catering and accommodation services in the South Bohemian Region. On the basis of the findings, it is recommended to prepare recommendations for updating the registration of sales (EET) system. This thesis is based on the primary data obtained through the questionnaire survey, which took place between December 2017 and March 2018. The information source was business people of accommodation, catering and hospitality situated in the South Bohemian Region. Respondents were often addressed by e-mail. The questionnaire survey focused on the opinions to the EET before and after its introduction, satisfaction with the material-technical equipment supplier, the resulting complications and the monthly costs associated with the operation of the EET. In addition, three research questions were developed, which were evaluated from the results of the questionnaire survey The questionnaire survey showed that most of the entrepreneurs with their equipment supplier were satisfied. Due to the costs and complications associated with EET, entrepreneurs have not changed the opinion to EET and is still negative.

Cílem bakalářské práce je postihnout korektorské značky v užití v praxi. teoretické části shrnuje všechny státní technické normy upravující korektorské značky a sleduje vývoj znamének. Dále porovnává česká korekturní znaménka se znaménky cizími (slovenskými, německými, britskými, americkými a ruskými), nakonec se zaměřuje na typy příruček učící korektorská znaménka. Praktická část práce se zabývá užíváním korektorských značek redaktory a sleduje, která znaménka se používají ve shodě s zaměřuje na porovnání papírové a elektronické korektury a zjišťuje, na kterém médiu respondent dokáže najít více chyb.

The mutual influence of Romani, Spanish and the other languages of the Iberian Peninsula.

The language contact of the inflectional Romani and Spanish, Catalan and other languages of the Iberian Peninsula began in the first half of the 15th century. A long- term and immediate contact between Romani and a language of the majority in several places of Europe resulted in emergence of so called Para-Romani varieties, mixed languages which predominantly make use of the grammar of the surrounding language, whereas the Romani-derived vocabulary is at least partly retained. In the Iberian Peninsula several Para-Romani varieties emerged. The process of their phonological, morphological and lexical evolution from the inflectional Iberian Romani is described in the first part of this thesis. The original form of the Iberian Romani of the 15th century was - according to our opinion - similar to so called early Romani of the Byzantine period that is supposed to end by the 14th century when the Romani language started to disperse throughout Europe. The influence of Spanish (and other languages of the Iberian Peninsula) is evident not only in the morphology and syntax, but also in phonology and semantics of the Iberian Para-Romani varieties.
